Return & Exchange Policy
At Papercotton Global, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
• The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn.
• The item is in its original condition with all tags attached.
• The item is returned in its original packaging.
• A valid proof of purchase or order number is provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
• Items without original tags or packaging.
• Products purchased during clearance, final sale, or promotional campaigns marked as non-returnable.
• Gift cards and promotional vouchers.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at sanjeev@frankshirt.in along with:
• Order number
• Clear photographs of the product
• Description of the issue
Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
• Size issues
• Manufacturing defects
• Incorrect item received
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and are subject to product availability.
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
1. Email us at sanjeev@frankshirt.in
2. Include your order number and reason for return.
3. Our customer support team will provide return instructions.
4. Securely pack the item and send it to the address provided by our support team.
Return Shipping Costs
• If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will bear the return shipping cost.
• For size exchanges or change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
There is No Refund Policy.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return policy.
