Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

Papercotton Global currently ships to the United Arab Emirates and selected international destinations.

Shipping availability may vary based on location and logistics partner coverage.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

United Arab Emirates (UAE)

  • Standard Delivery: 7–10 business days

International Orders

  • Standard Delivery: 10–15 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Order value
  • Product weight and dimensions
  • Applicable shipping promotions

Any available free shipping offers will be displayed during checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Photographs of damaged packaging (if applicable)
  • Description of the issue

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the matter.

Delivery Confirmation

A shipment will be considered successfully delivered when:

  • It is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier; or
  • It is received by the customer or an authorized recipient at the delivery address.
